  • Please, if you want to cancel or reschedule, contact the artist with whom you made your appointment.

    Rescheduling must be made 72 hours before your appointment. Please understand that you will lose your deposit if the appointment is rescheduled, or changed less than 72 hours before the appointment date. (You will only be able to reschedule your appointment 1 time using the initial deposit).

  • You must arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, the artist has the right to refuse service and you will forfeit your deposit along with any other fees.

  • To keep the space peaceful and safe, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services come to their appointment. Children under 12 are not permitted unless they’re receiving a service.

  • Yes, deposits are required for all makeup services. They’re non-refundable and non-transferable, but will be applied to your final payment.

  • Please come nails bare as we don’t offer removals or fills. No deposit for nails is required but a fee of 75% of the base cost for your service will be charged to the card on file for ALL cancellations made within 24 hours of said appointment time.
